
Is dropping a year to attempt NEET again really worth? The answer to this question is not simple “Yes” or “No”. It depends on the situation the individual is in. But we see a lot of students taking this decision just to avoid traveling and study MBBS Abroad. While this is understandable to some extent the student and parent should be aware of the reality. As we see, the cut-off marks are jumping year after year and presently the cut-off for any reservation category is not less than 520. Over the years we see more and more students repeating NEET and this has raised the Cut off marks. In this scenario, the student should think twice before taking a decision to drop a year. If the student has missed getting a seat just by few marks then he/she can try to make another attempt. If not, it is not advisable to take a drop and waste the year.
